Our fees range from $80 to $120, depending on the therapist. We offer reduced fees based on discretionary factors.

The therapists are available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. Office staff is available until 8:00pm to schedule appointments. Saturday appointments are available for additional fees.

Sessions are scheduled for 55 minutes. Sessions may be extended if necessary for an additional fee.

Yes! We accept the major insurance providers, please get in touch with us and let us know your details so that we can provide you with the necessary paperwork.

Your treatment requirements may change as you work through therapy and become closer to your objectives. Your individual therapy length is unique to you.

To avoid misunderstandings, it is crucial to discuss your expectations and their suggestions with your therapist.

The frequency of sessions, the reasons for seeking therapy, any financial or other hurdles, and your participation in your treatment are all factors that affect how long treatment lasts.

It is necessary to cancel appointments 24 hours in advance. A full price for the therapy session will be charged for missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.

Yes, discretional factors such as individual, family and financial circumstances can let us know further about your case, any reduced-fee counseling will need to be discussed and approved.

Your therapist will want to learn more about the reason(s) you are seeking therapy during your first session. They will also inquire about your familial, medical, social, occupational, educational, and (if any) past treatment histories.

You will next choose your therapy's objectives and how frequently you will meet.

After the initial consultation, you and your therapist will cooperate to achieve your treatment objective (s). Your goals could alter along the process, or another aim might emerge. The process of therapy is individual to you but we are here to help you gain clarity and achieve your goals.

We do provide teletherapy and video sessions. Our clinicians have undergone training in ethics and telehealth (video) treatment, and they provide it to clients when necessary.

Meeting with a therapist may be beneficial when facing a new or short-term event, adjusting to circumstances, strengthening bonds with close friends, family, and coworkers, requiring assistance with a specific difficulty, or determining one's course in life.

Counseling is also necessary when some symptoms have a detrimental impact on relationships and/or cause problems with regular daily activities at home, school, or the workplace.

Counseling will be helpful for you during these situations; however, if you feel counseling is not helping your situation, you can always talk to us. We are here to help you and assist you in finding what works for you.
