We recommend personal therapy to adults who are interested in a therapy that solely focuses on them. During our personal sessions, we use talk therapy (also called psychotherapy) - a method that encourages an honest and judgment-free space where you can share your issues and with your therapist you can develop strategies to break negative patterns and enhance self-love.
Unlike our collective sessions (such as the couple therapy or group therapy) personal therapy will be focused on you only. It's a great way to develop a deeper understanding about yourself with the help of a menthal health expert who will listen and gently guide you.
